SHIPPING POLICY

Rig & Trail works with multiple fulfillment partners, including Printful and Shopify Collective. Products in the same order may ship separately from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on the products, destination, and fulfillment partner. For U.S. orders, available options may include US Flat Rate and US Express Rate. International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout when available.

Processing and delivery times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
